HATE

Throughout the world we find a condition whereby people hate each other to such an extent that they try to injure one another, either by forceful measures or by circulating false rumors against each other.
​
Because of hate, living creatures often even kill one another.
​
Hate is an expression of evil that weakens and destroys oneself.
​
Hate is often caused by fear that someone else may do something useful that one cannot do himself or because someone has done him an injury.
​
Poison cannot harm a body unless it gets inside of it.
​
Hate in man poisons him.
​
So, unless hate is stopped at its source, which is the brain of the individual, then it will not only destroy the individual or the organization he belongs to but will spread until it poisons nations and finally the whole human race.
​
There are immoral people in the world who keep whole nations hating and fighting one another in order to enslave and rule them.
​
But to begin with, you should stop those mental organisms within your OWN brain from forcing you to hate somebody else. If you don't, these immoral people will not only rule you but they will destroy you.
​
Yes, HATE will destroy you.
LOVABILITY:
A kindly feeling toward all of God's creatures without any selfish desires nor any expectations of reward.
​

PRACTICE LOVABILITY.
BE KIND. BE UNSELFISH.
HEALTH

Children, in order that you may be able to overcome the many difficulties that you will encounter in this life you must be strong and capable at all times.
​
That little body of yours is a growing house that you must keep in order or it will cave in and crush you. It is being constructed by billions of microscopic creatures who depend upon you to give them the proper materials with which to build you up and make you strong.
​
The materials that you furnish them with are in the food you eat, the water you drink and the air you breathe.
​
If you furnish them with fresh foods, water and air just as nature created them they will get the right materials with which to build you up properly.
​
But, if you give them foods, water and air as man makes it then they will not get the right materials to build you up and your bones, muscles and organs will decay, from which you will get all sorts of aches and pains and finally collapse altogether.
​
Nature makes food with which to build you up, but man makes food to make money out of you and tear you down.
​
Children, raw foods are the best to eat.
​
To understand foods and nutrition thoroughly is the study of a lifetime. However, a few things that everyone should try to remember and follow are:
​
1) Keep as near to nature's raw foods as possible.
​
2) Foods must be as fresh from the soil as are obtainable.
​
3) Eat the whole of these foods from covering to core.
​
4) Mix foods as little as possible before eating them.
​
5) Change the variety of foods as often as possible.
​
6) Each day the diet should contain some fruit, some nuts, some vegetables, some grains and some milk, butter and eggs.
​
7) Eat a little less than the appetite demands, thus keeping the digestive organs in a receptive condition at all times.
​
8) Chew food until every morsel has been disintegrated.
​
9) Concentrate the mind upon the nature and taste of the food while eating it.
DON'T WHINE

Some men become discouraged very easily. If every little thing does not go exactly as they would like to have it, they fuss and fume and snort and snivel and wish they were dead; and the ones that usually do the most fussing and sniveling are those who have never had any hard knocks in the earlier stages of their lives. They have not been trained to overcome obstacles, and therefore lose heart when meeting with their first reverses. They do not understand that for every success there are hundreds of failures.
​
It is the overcoming of obstacles in life which makes man strong, and the more of these he has to encounter the stronger he will become.
​
Life is merely a series of trials which the human being is put through, and his ultimate strength depends upon how many and how difficult are the tasks he undertakes.
​
If he tries and fails and then quits he is a pretty weak creature. But if he tries and fails and then tries again, he gains strength, and the more trials and failures and trials again the greater becomes his strength-that is, if he does not waste part of it in whining.
​
Study the lives of the greatest men and you will find records of continual failures. We owe our success to those who have failed before us, and those who follow us will owe their success to our failures.
​
Therefore, to those who may be inclined at times to become discouraged, FIGHT IT OUT. DON'T QUIT and above all, DON'T WHINE under any circumstances.
THREE CLASSES OF MAN

There are three stages of existence. They are: PAST, PRESENT and FUTURE.
​
Since the birth of man, conditions upon earth have therefore separated the mental qualification of human beings into three distinct classes.
​
THE FIRST CLASS is made up of EVER-THINKS who extend their minds into the FUTURE with its greater possibilities for further human development. They are the ones who are willing to sacrifice their own petty cravings for the advancement and benefit of the whole human race. They swim up-stream and thereby grow strong enough to give to the world more than they receive from it. They don't cheat others out of their earnings by tricky methods. They put principles first.
​
THE SECOND CLASS is made up of SELDOM-THINKS who paddle about in shallow streams where the fish are easy to catch. They exist for but one purpose in life and that is to fatten themselves at the expense of others. They will take advantage of others as though it was an accomplishment. They use their brains as if the PRESENT is the end of all things.
​
THE THIRD CLASS is made up of the NEVER-THINKS who float down stream and to the sides of the current and become the catch-easy-fish for the SELDOM-THINKS whose minds grow fat off of them. The NEVER-THINKS think of nothing. The dead PAST, with its ancient gossip and monster lies is milk and honey to them.
​
There are about a thousand NEVER-THINKS to one SELDOM-THINK and about a million NEVER-THINKS to one EVER-THINK.
​
The EVER-THINKS are the forerunners of all human progress.
​
What nature demands is a continuous increase in numbers of EVER-THINKS who will devote their entire lives to the unselfish work of looking forward and planning for the future destiny of mankind as expected of it.
​
As far as nature is concerned the FUTURE is ALIVE and the PAST is DEAD so we must all look ahead as far as our consciousness will permit us to see.
LOOK FORWARD

No man can be classed as great who considers only the needs of himself or his own family and permits his neighbor to rot either physically or mentally for the want of his assistance. A nation is nothing more or less than an enlarged family. So allow your mind to expand sufficiently to enable you to understand that every human being is constructed by the same creative force that brought you into existence, and try and treat them as you would like to be treated yourself if nature had not been so kind to you.
​
Having reached this stage of mental development you will then be anxious to live for others as well as for yourself, and will look about to see what you can do for the common good.
​
In order to aid humanity in a substantial and lasting way you must use your foresight and look into the future. Looking into the past will do no good. Nature set your eyes in front of your head for the purpose of looking forward, and if you wish to accomplish anything worth recording during your short stay upon earth, you must keep them fixed in that direction.
​
FALSITY

The opposite of truth is falsity.
​
TRUTH is knowledge and falsity is ignorance.
​
Without TRUTH the mind of man becomes silly.
​
Immoral men have introduced false plans to the people during the past for their own selfish wants and thus have established falsity throughout history in the place of truth.
​
Through the general acceptance of these false plans, man's progress has been slowed to a large degree and he is now paying a horrible penalty for going contrary to God's natural laws.
​
Such falsity has brought man down to such a deplorable state that the people cannot believe anything that anybody says.
​
In fact, so-called civilization has been instrumental in breeding a race of liars whom nobody can trust. The world now is over-run with liars, cheats, thieves, beggars, drunkards, kidnappers and murderers because falsity has taken place of the truth.
​
The morality and mentality of the human race is now rotting away.
​
Immoral swindlers have got control of the publicity machinery (media, news) of the world, and are keeping the people in a perpetual state of ignorance by teaching them falsity instead of TRUTH. The people could not be cheated if they were told the truth. The swindlers teach falsity for gain. Children are being taught that it is smart to lie and misrepresent things for gain.
​
Worse, the people are becoming a race of lie-carriers. Whatever they read or hear they repeat to others. Yes, the people go about with their minds filled with lies that others have told them and tell them to everyone who will listen to them.
​
So, with their minds stuffed with lies, there is no room left for the TRUTH, which makes impossible their development to a higher state of intelligence.
​
So prevalent has become falsity that parents lie to their own children. Then, they wonder why their children grow up to be liars themselves.
​
Pity the people whose minds are fed with falsity to such an extent that they can never be able to recognize the TRUTH if it happens to be spoken to them.
POSSIBILITIES

The human race must learn to act together.
​
A great future is in store for man if he will develop the necessary mental strength through cooperation to be able to grasp it.
​
The Creator is ever willing to guide man but HE will not do his work for him. Man must use his own efforts for self development.
​
But now, many men are sick creatures mentally caused by the piggishness and selfishness of individuals.
​
Such sickness cannot be cured by piggish immoral people. It must be cured by unselfish people.
​
We who believe in the higher principles of life must get together and create an unselfish "animal" that will rise far above these selfish immoral people.
​
There are enough unselfish people on earth to plant the seed for a new species. They must be brought together and cooperate for a single righteous purpose. They MUST put principles above their own cravings.
​
We must train our children to form GOOD habits and teach them TRUTH instead of teaching them the horrible practices and habits of the older folks and FALSITY.
​
We must consider it a duty to GOD and humanity to make sacrifices for the good of the whole human race.
​
This new unselfish species must organize and stand together to save humanity from being wrecked by those selfish immoral creatures that now have control of it.
​
The most important thing for man to do right now is to take an "internal bath" and clean out all of the piggish, selfish behaviors and the immoral thoughts that infest his mental system and degrade him.
​
